Industry Default means the current value is inherited from RouteFlow’s current default for your business type; Custom means your account has its own saved change or explicit clear.

When this applies

When Account Settings or Support labels a price, offering, capacity, or supported setting as Industry Default or Custom.

What to do

  1. Treat Industry Default as inherited configuration with no account-specific customization for that control
  2. Treat Custom as an account-specific saved change or explicit clear
  3. Do not assume a value is inherited just because it numerically matches the default
  4. Use Restore Industry Default where that control supports true inheritance if you want to remove the customization

Expected result

You can tell whether a value is inherited or account-specific and understand why two equal-looking values can have different source labels
