Restore Industry Default removes the account-specific customization for a supported pricing or configuration setting so it uses RouteFlow’s current Industry Default again.

When this applies

When a pricing/configuration control is Custom and you want it to inherit the current RouteFlow industry default instead.

What to do

  1. Identify the exact Custom pricing/configuration control
  2. Choose Restore Industry Default in Account Settings or ask the verified Support Assistant to restore that control
  3. Review the change carefully because some related controls are grouped and Support will show the full customer-visible scope
  4. Confirm only the change you intend
  5. Verify that the restored control is labeled Industry Default

Expected result

The account-specific customization is removed and the control is labeled Industry Default; success is based on inherited state, not only on matching numbers

If you still need help

Refresh the pricing/configuration view and start a fresh restore request; do not manually copy a default-looking number as a substitute for restoring Industry Default

Contact RouteFlow Support if: The restored control remains Custom, Industry Default state cannot be confirmed, or the proposed grouped scope is unexpected
