RouteFlow asks you to verify your account before showing account-specific information or making account changes. Verification helps ensure protected settings and pricing are only shown or changed for the correct account.
When this applies
Verification is used when your request depends on information from your specific RouteFlow account or would change something in that account.
When verification is required
- Viewing current account-specific settings or pricing
- Changing supported account settings
- Changing supported pricing or configuration
- Continuing certain protected Support Assistant requests
When verification is not required
General Help Center questions about how RouteFlow works can usually be answered without verification.
How verification works
- Enter the email address associated with your RouteFlow account when the Support Assistant asks for it.
- If that email is associated with a RouteFlow account, a 6-digit verification code is sent to the address.
- Enter the code in the Support Assistant.
- After verification succeeds, continue with the account-specific request.
For privacy, RouteFlow uses the same neutral message after an email is submitted whether or not that email is associated with an account.
Expected result
After successful verification, the Support Assistant can continue with the supported account-specific request for the verified account.
If you still need help
Check spam, junk, and All Mail for the verification message. If the code does not arrive after the allowed retry period, use the Help Center or Support Assistant to request additional help.
