After account verification, the RouteFlow Support Assistant can work with supported account settings and pricing/configuration controls. General product and Help Center questions can also be answered without account verification.
What the Support Assistant can view
For a verified account, the Support Assistant can show supported current settings and pricing/configuration information, including whether supported values are using an Industry Default or a Custom account value. It can also read the customer-safe SMS Follow-Up activation status and any customer-facing Action Required message returned by RouteFlow.
What the Support Assistant can change
Supported changes include account settings and pricing/configuration controls that RouteFlow makes available for customer self-service. Examples include:
- Support Email and supported business information
- Voice & Call Coverage
- Default Deposit Amount and supported deposit or booking links
- Supported pricing values and offering configuration
- Restoring supported settings or pricing to Industry Default
When a change requires confirmation, the Support Assistant shows the current value and requested change before asking you to confirm it.
What happens if a request is not supported
Not every internal account field or system control is customer-editable. If a requested view or change is not supported, the Support Assistant will explain the limitation or direct the request to the appropriate support path instead of guessing or making an unapproved change. Messaging-provider identifiers, credentials, sensitive representative details, and protected business-registration values are not exposed, and the Support Assistant cannot force SMS activation or bypass a required review.
Expected result
You receive a customer-safe answer, a clearly confirmed supported change, or a clear explanation of the next step when the request cannot be completed through self-service.
