Auto-Quote means RouteFlow may estimate the request automatically when required details fit the configured rules; Review means the request needs manual review; Not Offered means RouteFlow should not quote that service/item for the account.
When this applies
When you see an offering mode or availability state in Account Settings or want to understand why RouteFlow did or did not provide an automatic estimate.
What to do
- Auto-Quote allows an automatic estimate only when the request also satisfies the required pricing and scope conditions
- Review keeps the offering available for intake but avoids automatic pricing
- Not Offered prevents RouteFlow from quoting that configured service/item
- Review can still occur for an Auto-Quote-capable item when the specific request falls outside safe automatic conditions

You understand the difference between offering availability and whether a specific request can be estimated automatically

Review the specific offering in Account Settings or ask Support for the current offering state
Contact RouteFlow Support if: RouteFlow repeatedly quotes an item configured Not Offered or behaves inconsistently with the current offering setting
